Oleares, a Spanish real estate development and investment company, seeks a CFO to lead financial strategy, governance, and reporting across multiple projects and regions. You will design scalable processes, oversee audits and regulatory compliance, and partner with the CEO and investors on strategic finance decisions.

The role requires Big 4 and IFRS experience, a BA in finance, and strong English plus native Spanish. Expect travel across Spain and collaboration with banks and advisory teams.

Formación

• Certified accountant with Big 4 and IFRS experience.
• 7+ years of financial management experience in real estate development, construction finance, or project-based P&L.
• Experience financing development projects (construction financing, debt + equity structuring, bank drawdowns).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Spanish mother tongue and strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the company’s financial infrastructure, including strategy, governance, reporting, and controls.
• Build scalable processes to support growth across multiple developments and geographies.
• Manage budgets, capex, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance across projects.
• Oversee taxation, accounting, compliance, audits, and statutory filings for SPVs and entities.
• Coordinate with external advisors (accounting, legal, tax) through the full construction-sales cycle.
• Develop and implement IT and AI-driven systems to improve financial efficiency and decision-making.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting packages to CEO, investors, and board.
