Page Executive in Barcelona seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance, and drive financial performance in a fast-paced, real estate environment. You will mentor the finance team, collaborate with the executive team, and support M&A decisions to fuel growth.

Formación

• Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Experience within the property industry and within residential assets, it is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive financial decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and executive teams effectively.
