This critical role involves leading a finance transformation, enhancing reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support growth and M&A activities. The ideal candidate has a proven background as an interim CFO, experience with finance transformations in tech or digital services, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a high-impact position directly supporting the CEO.

• Proven interim CFO with finance transformation experience, ideally in tech or digital services.
• Must have worked for PE-backed businesses previously.
• Experience scaling finance teams and implementing systems and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the transformation of the finance function including systems, reporting, FP&A, and controls.
• Implement scalable processes to support growth and operational excellence.
• Strengthen investor reporting, cash flow management, and board reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth initiatives and potential M&A activity.
• Act as a hands-on operational partner to the leadership team.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and investors, offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and influence strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of the finance function, including systems, reporting, FP&A, and controls

Requirements / Ideal Candidate:
