Beiersdorf AG is seeking a Category Management professional in Madrid to drive assortment, distribution, and promotions strategy. You will translate category insights into actionable guidelines across retailers and channels, focusing on hero products and price architecture.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance to optimize pricing, track competitive activity, and deliver measurable improvements in brand and retailer performance.

Formación

• At least 5 years of Category Management experience within FMCG (RGM experience).
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define the ideal assortment (MSL) by retailer environment and identify hero products.
• Identify assortment opportunities based on market and shopper analysis.
• Define must win channels and set distribution targets.
• Develop promotional and pricing strategies and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance to shape pricing and promo plans.
• Track pricing, propose improvements, and define new annual list prices.
