Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) required.
• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding.
• Proven experience in carrier/supplier management.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics operations experience in multimodal environments.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, PCM teams and customers to identify cost-effective transport providers.
• Own and manage carrier performance through KPIs with tracking and corrective actions.
• Establish and lead regular carrier review processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new carriers to ensure capacity and service excellence.
• Ensure carriers comply with LLP and customer standards (Quality, Security, Operational, Corporate).
• Monitor service delivery against contracts and recommend improvements or replacements.
• Define and drive carrier strategy for the account (short/medium/long term).
• Support optimization of transport networks for efficiency and cost control.
