Lightsource bp is seeking a Category Procurement Manager for BESS (EMEA) to collaborates with leadership and project teams, procuring services, materials, and equipment for BESS, PV, and wind projects across the EMEA region. You will implement procurement strategies, maximize value from global and local supply chains, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.

The role supports Lightsource bp’s sourcing strategy, develops long-term supplier partnerships, and drives project execution

Formación

Fluency in English essential; other regional languages desirable.
5+ years in procurement / supply chain.
Experience in utility-scale projects, battery storage, or PV/BESS procurement preferred.

Responsabilidades

Update and implement category strategy for BESS across EMEA.
Develop contracting strategies for global and regional BESS markets.
Generate reports on category performance, market insights, and budgets.
Identify new suppliers and manage prequalification processes.
Lead cross-functional teams through procurement and contract development.
Negotiate supply contracts considering legal, regulatory and commercial conditions.
