Enfinity Global is seeking a Head of Procurement, Global to define a coherent global procurement strategy and drive efficiency across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. You will own category management (PV, BESS, HV) and build a high-performing team, collaborating with Legal, Asset Management, Engineering, Construction, and Structured Finance.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading procurement at scale, ideally within renewable energy and large-CAPEX construction.
• Experience defining procurement strategy and building/scaling teams across multiple regions; US and EU experience is a must.
• Strong command of EPC and commodity procurement (PV / BESS / HV a strong advantage).
• Languages: English required; Spanish and/or Italian are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the global procurement strategy and budget across PV, BESS, and HV projects.
• Define the regional strategy for EPC contractors and services, optimizing full-service EPC delivery vs direct procurement of plant material.
• Homogenize procurement activities across projects, moving to a unified, scalable operating model.
• Lead contract strategy and negotiation with Legal to ensure robust terms on high-value agreements.
• Build, organize, and lead distributed procurement teams across regions with emphasis on people management.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with Asset Management, Engineering, Construction, and Structured Finance.
• Drive cost management, savings, and supplier relationship management across a global supplier base.
• Provide leadership to regional procurement heads, setting standards, governance, and accountability.
