Avincis is a leading Emergency Aerial Service Operator with operations across multiple European bases, seeking a Fleet Manager to own the aircraft fleet strategic and operationally. You will collaborate with stakeholders, CAMO teams, and procurement to optimize asset performance and utilization.

Reporting to the COO, the role focuses on fleet standardisation, asset availability, and bid support, while driving commercial efficiency at group level.

Formación

• Experience in aviation sector with large fleets.
• Strong financial, commercial and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain effective communications and relationship management with external stakeholders (OEMs and lessors).
• Deliver leadership across asset types within the portfolio, aligned to regional CAMO teams and Fleet Managers.
• Support bid solutions through identification of configuration requirements and asset availability with key partners.
• Provide support to the Group Supply Chain Director with external requirements, configurations and RFP management.
• Maintain fleet plans with Fleet Planning and Utilisation Manager to support CAPEX, investment needs and asset utilisation.
• Define procurement strategies with business owners to meet business needs.
• Establish and maintain Account Management plans to support strategic needs.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements reflect expected performance and are competitively sourced.
• Drive commercial performance through KPI-based contract management.
• Improve fleet standardisation to maximise redeployment opportunities and residual values.
