We are currently seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to lead and develop our alliance strategy across Valid's key market segments. This role is crucial in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support our business goals. As a Strategic Alliances Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership activities align with the company's long-term vision and deliver measurable value.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the alliances strategy for MNO, IoT, and OEM segments.
  2. Represent Valid and its portfolio partners, aligning with sales teams to manage global partners.
  3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners essential for Valid's go-to-market success.
  4. Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with connectivity providers, chip manufacturers, and other product vendors across segments.
  5. Qualify and develop joint value propositions for commercialization through Valid's and partners' channels, identifying overlaps and mitigating risks.
  6. Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance metrics.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of partner strategies, technologies, roadmaps, and ecosystem positioning.
  8. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management teams to align strategies and execute joint initiatives.
  9. Conduct partnership research and build a network of global partners.
  10. Define and monitor collaborative activities to advance market development.
  11. Identify companies with complementary capabilities to support long-term objectives.
  12. Assess investment opportunities, valuations, and business models.

Qualifications: Proven experience of 10-15 years, with at least 5 years in a similar role (alliances, partnerships, business development). Location: Spain / Europe.

Deliverables include business cases for joint value propositions, partnership agreements, co-branded content, and proposals for mergers and acquisitions.
