IQVIA in Madrid, Spain seeks a Compliance Senior Consultant to lead and deliver strategic consulting projects within life sciences. You will oversee client workstreams, engage with Engagement Managers and Principals, and ensure quality of deliverables across timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include leading client workshops, developing analyses, and mentoring junior staff while expanding client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on delivery to Life Sciences clients.
• Analytical approach to problem solving and data interpretation in varied projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support and lead consulting projects.
• Lead clients in business workshops and interviews.
• Develop project deliverables including data analyses, reports, and SOPs.
• Develop, articulate, and present ideas and opinions.
• Manage and take accountability for projects.
• Provide mentorship for junior staff.
• Develop relationships with clients and identify future opportunities.
• Create project deliverables with oversight by senior staff.
• Support in growing the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
