Holidu GmbH in Palma de Mallorca seeks an Account Manager to drive account performance and revenue growth for vacation rental owners in the Balearic Islands. You will act as the primary contact, advise on product use, and build a thriving owner community through events and upselling opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in account management, tourism or other commercial roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Near-native Spanish and fluent English.
• Customer-centric, problem-solving attitude.
• Interest in travel tech and platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Improve the performance of your accounts by analyzing data and developing a strategy.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and support them in increasing revenues.
• Be the main contact for vacation rental owners in the Balearic Islands, advise on our product and upsell.
• Organize lead generation and networking events (remote or in-person) to build a community of vacation rental owners.
• Coordinate the going live of vacation rentals and ensure high customer success oriented service.
• Interact with product and content teams to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
