Holidu in Valencia, Spain is seeking an Account Manager to advise vacation rental owners on listing their properties and maximize performance.

You will coordinate live listings, assist owners post-booking, collaborate with product/content teams, and build strong relationships to grow revenues.

The role offers a hybrid work policy with two office days per week, learning budget, events, and travel discounts on Holidu Homes.

Formación

• Relevant job experience in account management, tourism or other customer-oriented roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain friendly and calm in all situations.
• Near native Spanish skills and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact person for vacation rental owners in Valencia who want to list their properties via our platform.
• Coordinate the going live of listings and assist owners with post-booking questions.
• Interact with product and content teams to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and actively support them in increasing revenues.
• Analyze data to improve account performance and develop solution-oriented strategies.
• Organize lead generation and networking events (remote or in-person).
