Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Future Electronics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our EMEA team, supporting the Barcelona area in Spain. We value our employees and invest in their development, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Job Overview:

The main responsibility is to develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers to increase bookings and billings. This involves effective communication, negotiation, opportunity identification, profitable quoting, and showcasing the company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Qualify accounts to determine potential and the appropriate sales channel, meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Implement the company's mission and go-to-market strategy.
  3. Conduct at least six account visits per week to present our sales proposition and generate opportunities.
  4. Maintain accurate customer profiles and activity records in CRM, including visit reports and follow-up actions.
  5. Develop new accounts with support from the team as needed.
  6. Create weekly call plans.
  7. Identify and develop design opportunities through technical support to enable sales of designed products.
  8. Review the quote dashboard daily to optimize potential and ensure data accuracy.
  9. Conduct regular block diagram reviews with relevant teams and suppliers.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven sales success in electronics distribution, with a focus on high sales and targeted accounts; degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially savvy, organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Accurate, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the electronics distribution industry and current market trends; supplier knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
