Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in the retail industry.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, especially in sales.

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Filipino, English
  • 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry.
  • Required Skill(s): Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communication Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills, Merchandising Skills
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail / General or equivalent.
  • Amenable to work in SM Hypermarket Cadiz

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
  • Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
  • Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
  • Keep the store tidy and clean.
  • Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
  • Greet and serve customers.
  • Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
  • Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Daily bank-in of store sales.
  • Stock and order own use items and small notes needed.
  • Complete, update, and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
  • Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
  • Work within established guidelines and SOP.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager / Branch Manager.
