The Role and Candidate

We are seeking a Store Supervisor to work alongside our Assistant Store Manager in El Triangle, Barcelona.

This key leadership role involves managing all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for retail management are essential. Enthusiasm for designer toys will give you a competitive edge. The position reports to and receives guidance from the Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all store operations
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues
  • Train and supervise sales staff, ensuring adherence to policies
  • Collaborate on sales strategies with the Store Manager
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
  • Control stock discrepancies and prevent shoplifting
  • Manage visual merchandising and store cleanliness
  • Handle daily cash register procedures
  • Conduct staff meetings and communication
  • Assist in recruitment, evaluation, and training
  • Perform administrative duties like scheduling and sales reporting
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in professional Spanish with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive with strong customer service skills
  • Proven sales strategy implementation ability
  • Leadership experience supervising a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
