• 5+ years in retail operations, preferably in designer toys, fashion or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of store operations, SOPs, and compliance.

The Operations Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of store operations across all current and future POP MART locations in Spain. Reporting directly to the General Manager, South Europe, the incumbent will focus on :

• Optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting the overall retail strategy
• Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and compliance with policies
• Monitoring and managing inventory flow, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies
• Supporting initiatives to improve store profitability and operational costs
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, product launches, and merchandising plans
• Supporting store recruitment, onboarding, and training to align with brand standards
• Conducting store visits and operational audits to assess performance and identify improvements
• Resolving operational challenges with hands-on support
• Aligning store operations with business goals through collaboration with marketing, HR, and merchandising teams
• Analyzing store performance metrics and proposing data-driven improvements
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, labor regulations, and brand guidelines

Minimum requirements include :

• 5+ years in retail operations, preferably in designer toys, lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment retail
• Strong understanding of store operations, SOPs, and compliance
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training at store level
• Ability to analyze performance and enhance operational efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Adaptability to a fast-growing, energetic retail environment
• Permanent right to work in Spain without visa sponsorship
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
• Knowledge of the Spain retail market
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese is a plus but not required
