The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. in Granada, Spain seeks a dynamic Store Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, service, and daily operations in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, scheduling, events, and customer relationships to achieve targets and deliver exceptional experiences. Experience in cosmetics retail and strong leadership are essential.

• Retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience in business planning, including setting sales targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
• Experience in inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Experience leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Experience organizing and executing in-store events.
