An international company operating in the high-end design and lifestyle sector is looking to hire a Store Manager / Sales Representative to lead and strengthen their Palma showroom. We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with strong leadership qualities, a commercial mindset, and a hands-on approach to drive the showroom´s performance and client experience to the next level.
As Store Manager / Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will be:
-Leading the showroom sales.
-Driving sales and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Developing new business through effective networking and relationship building.
-Supporting the daily operations of the showroom with a solution-oriented attitude.
-Contact with headquarters in Germany.
Requirements:
-Previous leadership and sales experience is essential.
-Flexible time availability.
-Strong communication skills.
-High level of responsibility and self-motivation.
-Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-Very organized person.
-Valid driver´s license.
