Una reconocida marca de moda busca un Store Manager para su tienda en León. El candidato ideal será responsable de todas las operaciones de la tienda, incluyendo la gestión de personal, cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y mantenimiento de estándares estéticos. Se requiere experiencia en la gestión de tiendas y pasión por el sector de la moda.

Formación

• Experiencia previa en gestión de tiendas o roles similares.
• Interés en el sector de la moda/luxury.
• Capacidad para motivar y dirigir equipos.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar todas las operaciones de la tienda y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas.
• Gestionar el reclutamiento, formación y desarrollo del personal.
• Mantener los estándares estéticos de la tienda y realizar el merchandising visual.

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Purificación García León team. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Achieving and exceeding qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the company and specific store KPIs.
2. Recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, directing, and motivating staff.
3. Ensuring staff training and development according to company policies and procedures.
4. Managing schedules and staff rotation to optimize resources.
5. Setting and controlling individual and sales goals, KPIs, and tasks, making corrections as necessary to meet objectives.
6. Ensuring proper product rotation within the store as established by headquarters.
7. Conducting inventory, cash management, sales forecasting, and daily reporting.
8. Building excellent relationships with key clients and managing CRM.
9. Acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining the store’s aesthetic standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance.
10. Demonstrating a strong interest in the fashion/luxury sector.
11. Having a strong sales orientation and goal achievement focus.
