Strandbags Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume retail team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, coach staff to deliver product knowledge, and maintain brand-aligned visual standards across the store.

The role emphasises leadership, people development, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a positive work environment and operational efficiency.
