MELLER is looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead its first store in Palma, Spain. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership position, and exhibit a passion for fashion. Responsibilities include leading the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences, overseeing daily operations, managing stock levels, and executing promotional campaigns. Formación

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and sales reports.
• Passion for fashion with an interest in products.
• Proficiency in English, especially with international customers.

• Energetic attitude and team-oriented approach.

Your role

• Lead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience.
• Set clear goals, foster a sense of shared ownership, and keep the team focused on results and continuous improvement.
• Turn the store into more than just a shop — a space of connection where every visitor experiences the full Meller vibe.
• Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance).
• Monitor stock levels, make adjustments as needed, and maintain an organised, attractive store.
• Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
• Bring proactive ideas to help the store and brand evolve — your input matters.

What we’re looking for
