The Kooples is seeking a passionate Store Manager for our Alicante location in El Corté Inglès. You will lead a high-energy team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising rules.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate stock and reporting, and recruit/train staff to meet weekly, monthly and annual targets, contributing to a compelling client experience.

Formación

• Exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of fashion.
• Ability to maximize sales through strong communication and industry knowledge.
• Provide daily operational management and guidance for the store to meet brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with a personalized service throughout their visit.
• Promote traditional know-how and product characteristics with a well-controlled sales pitch.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly and yearly sales plans to achieve targets.
• Manage stocks, inventories, and reporting to management (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Recruit, train and coach the sales team; set daily and campaign goals.
• Create schedules and oversee visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
