The Kooples Group is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join our Valencia store. You will be the brand ambassador, delivering impeccable service and a quality shopping experience while supporting stock and merchandising tasks.

In this role you will use digital tools to personalise the customer journey, build loyalty, and contribute to store turnover and KPI targets. Passion for fashion and customer service is essential.

Formación

• Retail or service experience preferred
• Passionate about fashion and brand image
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Ability to use digital tools for a personalised service

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant (28h/week), passionate about fashion, to join our team in El Corté Inglès - Valencia.

As a brand ambassador, you embody The Kooples' universe and image with our customers, providing high-quality service and a quality shopping experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Relationship & Sales

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through impeccable service,
• Build loyalty and grow the customer database,
• Have a thorough knowledge of the product offer (features, benefits) to recommend a selection tailored to each customer,
• Use the digital tools provided to deliver a smooth, personalised shopping experience and contribute to the store's performance,
• Actively contribute to achieving the store's turnover and KPI targets.

In Store

• Maintain the store in excellent condition and uphold visual merchandising standards as recommended,
• Ensure the store is properly restocked,
• Handle deliveries, shipments and stock organisation,
• Take part in end-of-season returns and stocktakes,
• Carry out and follow cash and card payment procedures,
• Open and close the store in accordance with internal procedures,
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the management team,
• Comply with all internal policies, including uniform and grooming guidelines.
