Mission
Responsible for the commercial development and branding of Tod’s within the store, as well as customer experience and satisfaction. Main activities include:
- Develop the store sales turnover:
- Guarantee the implementation of Tod’s commercial policy within the store
- Set sales objectives and analyze results periodically
- Implement the selling ceremony according to Brand guidelines
- Highlight store products following the visual policy, in collaboration with the visual merchandising department
- Implement CRM actions to develop the customer database
- Supervise trade marketing events
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback
- Propose action plans to exceed objectives and increase turnover
- Ensure proper invoicing and collection procedures
- Manage stock effectively, including restocking, inventory organization, and discrepancy control
Team management:- Organize store activities through planning and action determination
- Support and communicate effectively with store staff
- Lead daily briefings and meetings, set and monitor individual goals, and identify improvement areas
- Participate in recruiting new employees and ensure their integration through training
- Motivate and promote the sales team, evaluate employees, and follow-up on development actions
Ensure brand image:- Maintain store display in line with visual identity and commercial policy
- Guarantee customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with store rules and procedures
Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in team management
- Specific Competencies: Management, luxury sales, hospitality techniques
- Aptitudes:
- Result and performance-oriented (mastery of KPIs)
- Client-focused
- Organized, responsive, adaptable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Sensibility to luxury and fashion, especially shoes
- Fluent in Spanish and English
