Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and increase revenue.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure professional growth and high performance.
Manage store budgets, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize costs.
Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing, and customer-friendly environment.
