At MELLER, we are accelerating our global retail expansion and looking for a highly strategic and operational Procurement & Supplier Manager to help scale our store opening operations worldwide.

This role will be responsible for building and optimising the supplier network behind every new retail opening, ensuring the best balance between cost, quality, and execution speed.

We’re looking for someone analytical, commercially driven, and highly skilled in negotiation — capable of improving operational efficiency without compromising the brand’s standards.

Your Mission

You will lead supplier management and procurement processes for new retail store openings, helping MELLER build a scalable, efficient, and high‑performing supplier network across different markets.

Working closely with the Expansion team, you will optimise costs, improve timelines, and ensure every project is delivered with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate with suppliers involved in retail store openings.
• Source and onboard new suppliers across different markets.
• Optimise costs related to construction, furniture, production, and materials.
• Negotiate commercial conditions, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, budgets, and project execution.
• Identify savings opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Help standardise processes and supplier structures across countries.
• Build long‑term relationships with key suppliers and partners.
