We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Barcelona!

You are a Manager with a strong focus on business and Customer Satisfaction. You know how to develop and supervise a team. Your interpersonal skills enable you to resolve internal and external conflicts. You are dynamic, flexible, smart, and a problem solver. Main responsibilities :
- Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Manage your shop comprehensively.
- Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
- Ensure and assist in implementing merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability.
- Manage stock levels in the warehouse, maintaining proper replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Maintain good product and fashion knowledge, and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards.
- Supervise customer reception, ensuring it aligns with POP MART guidelines.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities in your store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns).
- Train new team members and support their growth and development.
- Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and achievement of individual and store objectives, motivating the team to reach results.
- Analyze customer behavior KPIs (entrances, average receipt, items per receipt, etc.).
- Ensure departmental goals (budget and targets) are met.
- Adhere to company procedures (regulations, safety) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central services.
Background
- Citizenship or Work Permit is required.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key retail KPIs, budget management, analysis, and reporting.
- Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong results orientation.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team towards objectives and foster team spirit.
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
- Excellent command of Spanish and English.
