Location and Contract

Location: Flagship Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona
Contract: Indefinite (trial period according to law)
Working Hours: Full-time (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays)
Start Date: Immediate (October)

As the manager of our flagship store, you will be the perfect ambassador of the brand.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the product, philosophy, and history behind the brand to customers.
  • Exceed expectations and generate a constant WOW effect with a high level of attention.
  • Maximize sales through continuous and detailed analysis of store performance.
  • Report weekly and monthly reports to the development director.
  • Ensure an impeccable store display.
Customer Management
  • Act as a brand ambassador, immersing customers in the atmosphere and values of the brand: conscious luxury, quality, durability, and craftsmanship.
  • Develop and expand the current customer base by maintaining active and personalized relationships with the Mietis community, understanding their unique needs.
  • Implement and manage various loyalty strategies and programs.
  • Participate in in-store event management and/or promotional activities.
Operations and Supply Chain
  • Maintain exhaustive control of inventory and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure the store's presentation is impeccable, in line with product seasonality and launch calendars.
  • Provide operational excellence in all store processes, benefiting the store's results.
Profile We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and retail management, ideally in a luxury environment.
  • A genuine fashion expert with a passion for sales and aesthetic sensitivity.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and our customer base.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a sophisticated and professional manner.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to constantly improving all store processes, benefiting the customer shopping experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Chinese, French, or Catalan are valued.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, providing solutions that add value to the project.
  • Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills.
  • Positive and energetic personality.
