HUGO BOSS is seeking a Stockroom Controller to join our team, located in Castellana ECI "El Corte Ingles" Shop, 25 hours per week.

Job Details: 25 hours per week

Immediate incorporation

Experience: 3 years in a similar role as Stockroom Controller

Retail Experience: Working in ECI "El Corte Ingles"

Technical Skills: Experience with RFID, BIS, and Excel for the preparation of orders to other stores in the ECI channel

Language Skills: C1 Advanced English

From Monday to Friday

What you can expect:

In your role as a Stockroom Controller, you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance the efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.

1. Responsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience.
2. Managing product flow between stockroom & sales floor.
3. Supporting in all operations for loss prevention.
4. Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
5. Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
6. Responsible for ensuring that all company policies & procedures are followed (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.).

Your profile:

1. Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehousing environment (1-3 years).
2. Previous experience in leading stock team members.
3. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
4. Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
5. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
6. Willingness to constantly learn & develop.
7. Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand.
8. Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
