AQUAZZURA Marbella boutique is seeking a Stock & Sales Associate to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional client experience, combining stock control with active sales support.

You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, replenish floor stock, assist clients, and uphold luxury service standards in line with HQ guidelines. Fluent Spanish and English required; knowledge of additional languages a plus.

Formación

• Previous experience in Stock Associate or Sales Associate within luxury retail.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to balance operational tasks with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proactive, flexible and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all inbound and outbound merchandise, including weekly shipments and stock movements.
• Organize and maintain stock areas according to AQUAZZURA standards.
• Guarantee receipt, storage, replenishment and availability of products on the sales floor.
• Support inventory activities, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Prepare and replenish merchandise on the shop floor with the sales team.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively support replenishment to maximize sales.
• Assist clients on the sales floor, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and boutique objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain an organized boutique environment.

As part of the opening of our new boutique in Puerto Banús, AQUAZZURA is seeking a Stock & Sales Associate who will play a key role in ensuring both operational excellence and an exceptional client experience. This position combines stock management responsibilities with active support to the sales team, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the boutique.

• Manage all inbound and outbound merchandise, including weekly shipments, stock transfers, client returns, consignments and other inventory movements.
• Organize and maintain stock areas according to AQUAZZURA standards and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
• Guarantee the correct receipt, storage, replenishment and availability of products on the sales floor.
• Support inventory activities, including cycle counts and annual stocktakes, in line with HQ guidelines.
• Prepare and replenish merchandise on the shop floor in collaboration with the sales team and according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively support product replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist clients on the sales floor by delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience aligned with AQUAZZURA’s service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting client retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and boutique objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and contribute to maintaining an organized, efficient and welcoming boutique environment.

• Previous experience in a Stock Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role within the luxury or premium retail sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance operational tasks with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proactive, flexible and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury retail and client service excellence.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are considered a plus.
