Aquazzura is opening a new boutique in Puerto Banús and seeks a Sales Associate passionate about luxury retail and client service excellence. You will create memorable, personalized experiences, cultivate long-term relationships with high-end clients, and help the boutique meet and exceed sales goals.

As a brand ambassador, you will provide exceptional customer service, build a loyal clientele, and actively participate on the selling floor while maintaining product knowledge and merchandising

Formación

• Experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation focused on personalized experiences.
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Aquazzura as an ambassador of the brand on the selling floor.
• Provide excellent service to satisfy client needs and build clientele.
• Demonstrate active selling floor presence and product knowledge.
• Operate retail systems, tag merchandise, and manage stock/inventory.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor and maintain merchandising standards.

As part of the opening of our new boutique in Puerto Banús, AQUAZZURA is seeking a Sales Associate with a passion for luxury retail and client service excellence. This role focuses on creating memorable and personalized experiences, cultivating long-term relationships with high-end clients, and contributing to the boutique’s success by meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Client and Business oriented

• Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
• Build up a loyal Clientele;
• Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
• Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.

Operations:

• Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
• Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;
• Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
• Involved in the Stock and Inventory;
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
• Maintain merchandising standard
