Formación

We are currently looking for a temporary Full Time Stock Keeper to join our Diesel Flagship in Paseo de Gracia .

The candidate we are looking for is responsible for ensuring excellent product organization within the stockroom, by making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly, supporting omnichannel sales activities.

Main Responsibilities :

• Delivering timely movement of product, playing an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly owning all stock activities : inventory, organization, control, audits etc.
• Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness, and maintain a clean working environment.
• Support the whole omnichannel sales cycle with the management of inbound and outbound product management : receiving orders, product packaging, billing, and related administrative tasks.
• Strive and support the team to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times, taking part in store cycle counts, scheduled inventories etc.
• Proactively execute shipping and receiving processes, partnering with management to resolve any issues and taking necessary steps to resolve.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in similar roles and in-depth knowledge of a retail stock workflow.
• Good aptitude and confidence with digital tools.
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
• Highly adaptable and quick-thinking while having the ability to see beyond the immediate situation.
• Aptitude for team working as well as the ability to work autonomously.
• Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Friday and, if necessary, availability to work on weekends.
