As a Stock Keeper, you will be responsible for activities in the Back of House, ensuring an environment that promotes efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence in routines and execution. You will work closely with the store team to ensure the right products are available on and near the shop floor, enabling an excellent client experience.

Your role will include:

  1. Maintaining the organization of the stockroom to high standards, with merchandise stored clearly and organized for efficient flow between front and back of house.
  2. Managing stock deliveries, verifying invoices, and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
  3. Unpacking deliveries and placing stock safely and correctly in designated locations.
  4. Controlling and managing stock transfers to and from the store, including returns to the warehouse.
  5. Supporting the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house, ensuring product availability on the shop floor.
  6. Informing the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
  7. Planning and supporting stock takes, investigating discrepancies, and communicating findings to your manager.
  8. Handling paperwork, reports, and administration related to stock management.
  9. Collaborating with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) to fulfill product requests.
  10. Supporting aftersales processes (repairs, alterations) to ensure excellent client service.
  11. Participating in store activities such as morning briefings and training sessions.
