The successful candidate will ensure efficient handling of goods, manage product flow, and maintain compliance with company procedures and KPIs. Experience in a similar role and fluent English are essential, alongside strong organizational skills.

JOB PURPOSE

You support the Stock Manager in all warehouse management responsibilities and in providing services to the Store.

You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures for product care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines.
2. Manage daily receipt and storage of goods in line with company procedures, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas efficiently.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and return transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
4. Manage E-Commerce order flows (Prada.com or e-Tailers), ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle flow of damaged, not sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize packaging and stationery physically and on IT systems.
7. Manage display objects system.
8. Participate in the correct management of uniforms and gifts flow.
9. Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer shipments, including E-Commerce shipments.
10. Adopt company guidelines in case of theft, including communication and documentation.
11. Support prompt investigation of system negatives.
12. Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
13. Participate in physical and cycle inventories of products and accessories, respecting timing.
14. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
15. Maintain security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
16. Assist in optimizing warehouse space collaboratively with Store and Operations Managers.
17. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with Visual Merchandising as needed.
18. Maintain relationships with providers.
19. Organize and update archives monthly.
20. Follow KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Experience in a similar role within fashion brands.
• Fast-paced, well-organized, and efficient.
• Good knowledge of English.
• SAP system knowledge is preferable.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent spoken English expected.
