An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage raw materials and stock levels efficiently. In this pivotal role, you will monitor stock levels daily, liaise with purchasing and planning teams, and ensure optimal storage solutions in a dynamic warehouse environment. Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory control, ideally in the food industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

To ensure efficient and accurate inventory control of raw materials, packaging, intermediates and finished products, ensuring proper stock rotation and avoiding losses, overstocks or stock-outs.

Main responsibilities:

Monitor and record raw material stock levels on a daily basis.

Liaise with Purchasing and Planning to maintain appropriate raw material levels.

Inform the Supply Planner of critical stock levels or overstocks.

Manage storage and stock flows between warehouses.

Identify opportunities for improvement in stock management and propose solutions.

Configure inventory parameters in MRP to ensure it works correctly.

Assist in the organisation of warehouse space to optimise capacity and accessibility.

Job requirements:

Degree in Logistics, Administration or related (desirable).

Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory control, ideally in the food industry.

Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP, Excel, etc.).

Knowledge of food storage and preservation standards.

Fluent in English and Spanish

Attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills.

Good communication and team working skills.
