Position : Stock Analyst

We are looking for a Stock Analyst to join our Buying team. Reporting to the Stock Lead, you will play a key role in optimizing our Group’s stock management across all stages of the product lifecycle, focusing on women’s and men’s categories, as well as international assortments. Your mission will be to ensure we maintain the right stock levels to meet demand while maximizing the profitability of unsold items through strategic planning and data-driven insights in a dynamic fashion retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and sales performance to ensure stock availability and avoid overstock or shortages across customer segments and countries.
  • Analyze key stock and sales KPIs to identify underperforming items and work with Buying, Operations, and Finance teams to define action plans, manage returns, and assess opportunities with outlet partners.
  • Prepare reports highlighting trends, risks, and insights related to inventory and unsold stock.
  • Contribute to seasonal stock and unsold strategies, including identifying new sales channels, building partnerships with external outlets, and supporting return-to-supplier processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, capable of manipulating large data sets at an expert level.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in roles requiring high analytical skills for decision-making is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with different teams and articulate strategies and goals.
