We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Stewardess / Cook to join a private 19-meter sailing catamaran , currently located in Antigua , with plans to cruise throughout the Caribbean .

This is a permanent position for someone who enjoys delivering high standards of service, is confident in the galley, and thrives in a team-oriented onboard environment.

What you will do :

• Prepare and serve daily meals for the owners and occasional guests, focusing on fresh, healthy, and well-presented cuisine;
• Manage provisioning of food, beverages, and interior supplies, with attention to budget and preferences;
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the interior, including cabins, salon, and galley;
• Handle daily housekeeping duties such as laundry, turn-down service, and detailing;
• Assist on deck during mooring, anchoring, and sailing operations when needed;
• Ensure a warm, professional, and discreet level of service at all times;
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in accordance with maritime regulations.

What we expect from you :

• Previous experience in a similar stewardess / cook role aboard private or charter yachts;
• A proactive and professional attitude with a warm, guest-focused approach;
• Strong culinary skills, capable of preparing healthy, well-balanced meals for owners and guests;
• Excellent housekeeping and laundry standards;
• A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining a pristine interior;
• Valid STCW and relevant safety / medical certificates.
