What are you going to do?
- Lead Agile projects and manage all project activities without oversight or support, on projects of any size, complexity, and duration.
- Manage client expectations to achieve positive outcomes.
- Manage project risks, schedules, and budgets rigorously.
- Ensure the team has a proper mid- to long-term roadmap and task prioritization.
- Notify clients of any changes in project scope, budget, roadmap, or team schedule/availability.
- Manage domestic and international projects.
- Ensure the team follows continuous integration and quality standards and procedures.
- Prepare project status reports and proposals as needed.
- Translate business needs into deliverables such as specifications, diagrams, technical designs, user stories, etc.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions by gathering stakeholder input.
- Understand the business value of our delivery to the client and ensure the project team provides it.
- Communicate insights, plans, and needs effectively to customers and team members.
- Monitor and improve team performance involved in delivery.
- Maintain a positive, motivated attitude.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills to foster cooperation and cohesion.
- Deliver presentations internally and externally.
What will make you succeed in your role?
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- 3+ years of leading Agile projects as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Experience with software development teams, both local and distributed across time zones.
- Knowledge of process scoping, ROI calculation, and process mapping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, completing assignments on time and with quality.
- Result and value-oriented approach.
- Native English level.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Availability for local and international travel.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Empathy towards clients and team members.
Bonus Points
- Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMI certification.
- Knowledge of software and technology.
- Understanding and sharing DevOps culture.
- Experience with QA techniques and a focus on high quality.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an MBA.
