As a Co-Founder , you'll :

Define and lead the strategy, product, and growth roadmap

Assemble and inspire a top-tier team

Make bold decisions in high-uncertainty environments

Pitch investors and build partnerships

Own the market you're out to change

What we look for :

7+ years in private equity or investment experience

Strong entrepreneurial mindset & problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and sales skills in English

Long-term commitment to build something meaningful

Bonus : experience building from 0 to 1.
