Th is t eam is one of the major components of Ekkidens success. A dynamic and connected team that allows the group to develop using the most advanced techniques and tools in the world of events digital web and community management.

This Team Community is the group's response to recruitment challenges through the use of all channels such as managing relationships with business and engineering schools, participating in specialized trade shows, being present on social networks, producing content, monitoring our many applications, and leading the relationship with our candidates. This hybrid team enables the Business teams to gain market share and the group to achieve its ambitious growth objectives by surrounding itself with the best people at the right time and in the right place.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the recruitment of the consultants for our French Market.

Overall

• Conducting Competitive and Market Intelligence
• Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, and opportunities to increase the scope of service

Recruitment

• Building strong relationships with Business Managers across your business area
• Working closely with Business Managers to ensure understanding of roles, the business, and the clients
• Defining key criteria for sourcing
• Identifying and contacting the best candidates (via job boards, social networks, events, etc.), matching with business needs
• Coaching managers in recruitment and selection techniques to ensure legal compliance
• Maintaining the recruitment system to accurately reflect the status of all activities

Community

• Developing and maintaining relationships with medium list candidates from identification throughout the recruitment process
• Building and managing communities with candidates after the recruitment process
• Brainstorming on strategies for innovative acquisition and resourcing campaigns

What we are looking for

• An energetic personality! Someone who is self-driven, perseverant, with a strong desire to get involved, make an impact, and participate in an ambitious entrepreneurial project within a passionate and motivated team
• Availability in July 2025 for at least 5 to 6 months
• A strong interest in community management, digital communication, recruitment, and networking
• Ideally seeking an end-of-studies internship with the goal of being hired on a permanent contract afterward
• Master's degree with a focus on HR, Talent Acquisition, Digital Marketing, or Communication
• Fluent in French and English; any additional languages are a plus
