Qualifications

• Spanish university degree completed or equivalent.
• Master in Human Resources very valuable.
• Administrative experience in HR environment valuable.

Responsibilities

• Support Staffing Manager with day-to-day staffing for the Consulting Team.
• Balance staff preferences with client needs and partner priorities.
• Ensure staffing aligns with career development within business constraints.
• Promote open communication and transparency around case opportunities.
• Collaborate with staffers from other geographies and participate in international calls.
• Act as a backup to Staffing Manager during overload periods.
