Pleo is seeking a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to own the analytics architecture for our Growth Intelligence data layer, shaping how GTM data is defined, stored, and consumed. You will partner with senior leadership across RevOps, Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure trusted numbers and scalable analytics solutions.

Formación

• Senior/Staff level experience in data analytics or analytics engineering in a fast-paced SaaS org.
• Strong SQL and dbt skills with well-architected data models.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the analytics layer architecture for GTM data and modelling.
• Define metrics, governance, and canonical definitions with stakeholders.
• Lead data quality improvements and governance across source systems.
• Collaborate with RevOps, CS, CX, and BI to ensure a trusted data source.
• Mentor analysts and raise team capability through reviews and design discussions.
• Develop self-serve analytics and AI-ready data products for business users.
