Pleo is seeking a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to set architectural direction for Growth Intelligence analytics. You will partner with senior leadership to shape questions, ensure a single source of truth, and build analytics for self-serve and AI access.

You will mentor analysts, contribute to standards, and influence RevOps, CS, CX, and BI tools with scalable data models and governance practices.

Formación

• Proficient in SQL and dbt with well-architected models.
• Experience operating at staff/lead level in data analytics within SaaS.
• Strong Python for data analysis and manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Define canonical GTM metric definitions in the semantic layer.
• Lead in-depth analysis of customer behaviour and retention patterns.
• Mentor analysts and raise team capability.
