Proteomics Field Applications Scientist - Europe
As a Field Applications Scientist here at Illumina, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer success. The Staff Field Applications Scientist partners with internal and external stakeholders to provide and support implementation, training, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution of Illumina’s portfolio. Within the role, you will be expected to provide second-level support to front-line colleagues, serve as a scientific expert in pre- and post-sales activities across Europe, and build and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders across multiple cross-functioning teams within the organization.
The position will be based within one of our Europe locations, we are open to the following locations for the role; UK, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium, and the Nordics. It is essential to have a valid driving license, with the flexibility to travel up to 60%. Fluent English language skills are essential with an additional European language being highly preferred.
