Descripción del empleo

Service Club delivery is revolutionizing the delivery industry with an AI-powered, data-driven marketplace that transforms how businesses and drivers connect. We integrate recruitment, training, retention, and industry-specific products and services to create seamless workforce solutions. At Service Club, we empower businesses with effective workforce management while offering drivers opportunities for career growth, upskilling, and long-term success.

The mobility industry faces major challenges, including high turnover, inefficient hiring, and fragmented training, leading to increased costs and operational inefficiencies. Having established a strong market presence, we are now expanding our team to scale globally and drive further innovation.

This is not just another development job. As our Staff Data Engineer, you will :

  • Play a pivotal, hands-on role in building and scaling the data backbone of our platform.
  • Design the infrastructure and systems that transform raw data into real-time and AI-powered insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO to deliver a robust, API-connected data layer that supports our modular ecosystem (Jobs, Academy, and future verticals).
  • Architect and implement an event-driven Lakehouse architecture (using Kafka and Snowflake).
  • Deploy and monitor machine learning models (using TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Actively participate in coding, debugging, and shipping production systems.
  • Take ownership of critical data flows, from ingestion and transformation to orchestration.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, security, and system performance.
  • Work across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Build reliable systems that have a direct impact on product performance and business outcomes.
  • Model deployment, monitoring, and drift detection (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Scalability, performance optimization & data security.

Benefits include :

  • Extra day off – Celebrate your birthday with a paid day off.
  • Free coffee, tea, and drinks – Stay energized throughout the day.

Our process is agile, engaging, and personal :

  • A cultural and technical introduction.
  • Meet us in person (optional) : If you’re in the area, drop by our office! Otherwise, we’ll meet online.
