Aircall is seeking an engaged Senior Software Engineer to join the Communication Platform department. You will design, develop, deploy, and operate business-critical features that deliver customer value using Typescript/Node.js and AWS.

You will work across backend and frontend stacks, mentoring teammates and ensuring high standards for security, performance, and reliability in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development with typed languages (Typescript/Node.js, Java, C#) focused on scalability, availability, security and performance.
• 2+ years in frontend applications, preferably React; Angular also valued.
• Experience with serverless architectures, microservices or distributed systems.
• Extensive AWS production experience; design, deploy and optimize AWS services.
• Ability to discuss AWS offerings and explain to junior engineers.
• Security is a priority in all work.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in requirements analysis to provide right technical and business solutions for customers.
• Design, architecture and end-to-end delivery of key modules.
• Write clean, scalable code and deploy applications and systems.
• Review, update, refactor and debug code.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across teams.
• Join on-call rotation to address critical system issues and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate in a small, diverse team spread across France, Spain, India and Portugal.
