• Exceptional track record leading complex, business-critical Data Science work from ambiguous framing to measurable outcomes.
• Shaped strategy across a large product or business domain and influenced senior leaders.
• Deep expertise across several Data Science disciplines and set technical direction.
• Strong communication of complex ideas with clarity and high analytical quality.
• Hands-on practitioner with SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the data strategy for a large domain or collective, connecting customer and commercial goals to a portfolio of high-impact Data Science work.
• Identify and lead strategically important problems where dependencies span teams and decisions involve trade-offs.
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, ML, design, risk and operations, providing independent technical perspective.
• Establish measurement strategies and metric maps that link customer behavior to business outcomes and enable rapid decision making.
• Set and evolve best practices for experimentation, causal inference, forecasting and decision science.
