Grafana Labs is seeking a motivated individual to join their remote IRM squad. The successful candidate will drive the development of critical systems, contributing both technically and collaboratively within a team, focusing on creating intuitive solutions for customer needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in programming languages such as Go or Python, demonstrated ability in cloud software development, and strong collaboration skills.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from EMEA time zones.
The Grafana IRM squad operates a business-critical set of services that help Grafana and multiple organizations across the globe respond to incidents. Our mission is “We make it easy to detect, respond, and learn from incidents with minimal toil”. We have three functional squads within our team : frontend, backend, and mobile, but our work is usually spread across these three functions.
Our domain is quite large and constantly evolving. Our key values are unified experience, automation and integration, and Observability Native. We are customer-focused and aim to provide an excellent customer experience through efficient, automated, and integrated solutions with multiple third-party systems. The base salary in Spain ranges from €80,571 to €100,713, with actual compensation depending on experience and skills. Benefits include equity, bonuses, and other listed perks.
