InnoIT Consulting is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to help build an AI-powered Internal Developer Platform for a major international organisation. You will design core capabilities and write high-quality code to enable engineers and data scientists to ship software faster and more securely.

The role is hands-on and impactful, with a focus on developer experience, reliability and scalability. You will mentor others and drive AI-native practices across the lifecycle.

Formación

• Significant experience designing developer platforms or large software platforms.
• Strong focus on developer experience, reliability and scalability.
• Proven production experience with Python and Go.
• Hands-on with SDKs, CLIs, APIs, or similar platform capabilities.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments and DevSecOps.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build platform capabilities used by hundreds of engineers.
• Lead with technical credibility while delivering reusable components.
• Develop AI agents, CLIs and developer tooling for internal platforms.
• Mentor engineers and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
