Location : GTA (Hybrid, 2 days in office)

The candidate must have fresh and solid DQL hands-on experience with knowledge of SRE to understand golden signal metrics and configure them accordingly.

Skills required

• DQL scripting. Well seasoned in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell for automation).
• Strong understanding of Dynatrace and its integration with other monitoring tools. Knowledge of Dynatrace architecture, components, and features (OneAgent, Real User Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring, AI problem detection).
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing dashboards, alerts, and reports within Dynatrace.
• Experience with various monitoring technologies and methodologies.
• SRG (add-on) on Dynatrace, setup of Guardians, objectives, and integration with pipelines.
• Familiarity with enabling SRE Golden signals and metrics (SLA, SLO, SLI, and error budgets).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different domains, developers, and groups to understand application characteristics and translate that into Dynatrace configurations.

HL Duties

CRM / DnA (Scope: 37 applications)

• Expand observability by enabling Dynatrace and integrating vendor’s monitoring tools where applicable. Target to complete 30 applications.
• Configure and enable SLO, SLI, and error budget metrics related to performance and availability for each application. Handle API anomalies, alerting, and reporting.
• Assist with SRG POCs for ACAD-Cloud and US FSC.
• CA P&BB (scope +150 applications).
• Enable a unified dashboard that displays systems’ health across all domains within Sladjana, with drill-down capability to view each domain's health, critical applications, and current Dynatrace integration (e.g., country view, city view, street view).
